Program Overview
The Francophone Accelerator is a complete beginner-to-intermediate French pathway designed for learners who need more than introductory French.
Starting with A1 foundations, the program progresses through A2 communication and into B1 intermediate French. The focus shifts gradually from building correct sentences to communicating independently in increasingly realistic personal and professional situations.
Your goal is to develop the functional French ability associated with NCLC 5 while building a foundation that can support future TEF/TCF preparation or progression toward NCLC 7.

4. Do I have to take TEF or TCF?
That depends on your objective. IRCC lists TEF/TCF speaking and listening results as one possible way of demonstrating French ability for Francophone Mobility, but it also describes other acceptable documentation in certain circumstances.
5. What happens after I reach NCLC 5?
